Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NovaRMM you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. NovaRMM is provided by Anjuta Software - FZCO.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The owner of a workspace is responsible for the people invited to it and for the roles they are given.

Authority over the machines

You may enroll, monitor and connect to a computer only if you own it or have the permission of its owner, and you are responsible for any notice or consent the law requires for the people who use it. A connection to a computer by its Computer ID requires the approval of the person at that computer or the password they have set.

Acceptable use

You may not use NovaRMM to access computers without authorisation, to monitor people unlawfully, to distribute malware, or to break the law in any other way. We may suspend accounts and block computers that violate these terms.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data of your machines and of your session recordings. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit it only to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

NovaRMM is provided as is. We make no guarantee of uptime or data availability. We are not liable for data loss, for unauthorised access that results from your failure to secure your account, or for damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the console. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
