Desktop

The remote screen, as sharp as the one in front of you.

The desktop arrives as AV1 over WebRTC and is drawn on your GPU. The video goes straight from the machine to your browser; our servers only introduce the two.

Any sessionPick the user session to work in, or the login screen when nobody is signed in.
Clipboard and filesCopy and paste text and files both ways; drop a file on the remote desktop to send it.
SoundThe machine's audio plays in the tab.
RecordedEvery session is recorded as it happens, so there is a record of what was done.

Connect to a computer

Help someone once, without enrolling anything.

They open NovaRMM and read you the Computer ID in its window. You type it in the console, they approve, and their desktop opens in your tab. Close it and the connection is gone.

Their consentThe person at the computer answers every new connection, or sets a password for when nobody is there.
No installThe same file runs as a portable app for one session, with no administrator rights.
